In 2017, the PCI team believed there was a better way to communicate throughout their facilities. They felt that employees were getting “sign blind” to physical signs that were hanging on walls throughout the building, and messages were getting lost. By adding television screens in the employee break room and integrating truDigital, they were able to share important information in a more interactive and engaging way.

Perception for guests and prospects has been another bonus they’ve experienced by adopting truDigital. By sharing welcome messages in the lobby entrance upon arrival, they’ve been able to raise their game in professionalism and account management.
